What happens if a wrong address provided?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If you realized after placing your order that the address you provided is incorrect, please contact Doctor's Biome as soon as possible by emailing us below. We'll need the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- New Address
We can change the address for your delivery only before your order is processed and shipped. Learn more about when ordered are processed. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
