If you experience damaged boxes, missing shipments, product delivered to an incorrect address, or any other shipping related issues please let us know and provide the following information :

  1. Name / Contact (Company Name optional)
  2. Order Number
  3. Claim Type : Shipment Not Received, Shipment Missing Contents, Shipment Damaged
  4. Address with City, State and Zip-code
  5. Any Photo evidence to futher the claim
