Can I cancel my subscription or order for a full refund?

Yes. You can cancel either your subscription or order at any time and will receive a full refund, as long as the order has not already been shipped. (PROCESS DAYS/TIME) To cancel your subscription please provide the following :
- Full Name / Company
- Email linked to your Account
- Order Number to Cancel
- Reason for Canceling
Additionally, if you want to cancel an order that you have already placed, please have your last order number ready as well.
